Sole evidence for the 1309.5 level in (N,G) comes from 86RB4CL an otherwise unassigned 530.0G to the 779.6 level. Other G transitions 86RB5CL connected to the 779.6 level can be placed elsewhere in the decay 86RB6CL scheme.
