CINDA.
IAEA-NDS, 2010-03-04
--------------------
Introduction.
-------------
Algorithm of blocking was changed in order to be compatible with NEA-DB:
now if all information identifying Block is the same, new-Quantity is known
and old-Quantity is different - lines have to be in one block. (According to
old definition: both Quantities must be the same for the lines to be in the
same Block.) Due to the new algorithm, some blocks from old version of CINDA
will be merged - those which have either the same authors or the same reference.
This is major difference between old and new CINDA. Second difference:
when blocks are merged, duplicating lines (having the same Comment, but
different old-Quantities) will not be repeated in the database. Third
difference: the lines automatically created on the basis of current EXFOR
(they have reader-code "X4") are deleted on the first stage after applying
the new algorithm of blocking for the backup dated 2006-06-22.
Automatic extension of CINDA was done only on the last stage.
